[HN] FPT-Software is seeking Risk management officer

Job description:

1.    Create policies, procedures and control assessments in response to identified risks;

2.    Establish and monitor key risk indicators;

3.    Evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company’s goal and objectives;

4.    Implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks;

5.    Maintain reports of significant risks and recommendations;

6.    Provide training and technical support to management and employees regarding risk management strategies and programs;

7.    Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements

1.    Bachelor degree in related field such as economics; foreign trade or banking and finance;

2.    At least 2 years of experience working in Risk management functions;

3.    Advanced knowledge of risk management and controls concepts, leading industry practices (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO) would be an advantage;

4.    Good command of English;

5.    Proactive and independent;

6.    Analytical and reliable;

7.    Flexible and stress resistant;

8.    Good communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills.
