Application Support (BAT Outsource)

·         Software and Applications: support to use, maintain, upgrade, modify, research and fix all issues of the following software and applications: Microsoft Office, Security Report, Business Object Report 6.5 for DRP and Sales Inventory, SWIFT+ Business Object XI Report, RCS8, Service Desk, Service Desk, …

·         Project:

·         Training:

·         Diploma of Information Technology – Software and Applications base

·         At least 2 years experiences in software and applications implementation:

·         Good knowledge about IT hardware, datacenter and networking.

·         Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Macro …)

·         Good in English Skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)

·         Good in analyze, problem solving and planning.

·         Good communication with different staffs in or out of IT area.

·         Willing to improve skills base on getting new knowledge to provide good services for BAT.

·         High responsibility and discipline.
