What you are expected to perform

·         Take part in multi-million and international project in media industry; work directly with the top guys from customer, a pioneer and major stakeholder of media broadcaster in U.S.

·         Communicate closely and make strong connection with the top-players and decision-makers in both Customer in U.S. and Offshore team in Vietnam, including various business trips in Vietnam.

·         Work with customers and project manager to analyze, consult and define requirement specification, to elicit requirement and clarify issue before writing functional specifications providing to offshore team in Viet Nam.

·         Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

·         Develop clear and concise requirements and functional design specifications; work closely with developers and QA teams (both on-site and offshore) to ensure the product to be built actually gets built by  functional design specifications and user stories (which include conditions of satisfaction)

·         Create materials (presentations, demos, UML artifacts) to help train additional teams on new functionality

What we are looking for in qualified candidate

·         Experience: software outsourcing international project

·         Analytical: ability to thoroughly elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders

·         Documentation: technical writing comprehension and excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skill

·         Other abilities such as negotiation, presentation, professionalism, coordinating with team in different time zones

Must have key knowledge of (know-what):

1.     Relational Database Concept.

2.     API design and input/output

3.     Web service , specifically to Restful Webservice

4.     System architecture

Must have key skills

1.     Technical documentation for low level component

2.     Derivation of requirement/design from technical component

3.     UML diagrams (specifically block diagram)
